Karsten Neugebauer
Karsten is the former CEO and co-founder of G2K, a leading AI-powered software company. Under his leadership, G2K scaled globally, delivering solutions across key industries including retail, smart city, and logistics. Before founding G2K in 2013, Karsten held various leadership roles in the tech sector, with a strong focus on digital transformation and enterprise innovation. Following the acquisition of G2K byServiceNow, Karsten continues to contribute to the tech ecosystem through advisory roles and by spearheading business development initiatives at Viqtorious AG. At Magnat, he brings deep founder judgment and a powerful network of key decision-makers across business and politics.
Omar El Gohary
Omar is the former CTO, CFO and co-founder of G2K, where he played a central role in building and scaling the company’s AI-powered platform. With a strong background in computer science and engineering, he led the development of enterprise-grade solutions integrating AI and IoT. Omar was responsible for G2K’s technological edge—driving innovation, speed, and agility that consistently outperformed larger incumbents and enabled the company to win against far better-resourced competitors. At Magnat, Omar applies his deep technical and operational experience to identify truly differentiated tech and to advise founders in building scalable, resilient product organizations.
Jonas Huether
Jonas brings institutional investment experience to Magnat from his former role as Head of Venture Capital at Schwarz Group, Europe’s largest retailer. At Schwarz Group, he led the development and management of the group’s technology-focused investment strategies, executing strategic investments in emerging technologies and acting as a limited partner in several international venture funds. At Magnat, Jonas complements the team’s operator-led foundation with deep expertise in investment processes, corporate finance, and fund development, as well as a strong ability to identify high-potential tech startups.
Elias Heinel
Elias joined G2K during its early growth phase and played a key role in scaling the company into a global enterprise SaaS business. Across multiple leadership roles, he drove enterprise sales, corporate development, and international expansion, including the establishment and leadership of G2K’s GCC operations and the company’s Retail BU. Following G2K’s acquisition, Elias held senior global GTM and sales leadership roles at ServiceNow. At Magnat, Elias brings a rare combination of operational execution, branding and narrative excellence and GTM expertise—bridging strategy, storytelling and scale.
